1. Return Policy

As we provide services, not physical products, the concept of “returns” does not apply to our business. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it cannot be returned.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds for services are completely subjective and depend on the specific terms and conditions outlined in the agreement signed before onboarding any client.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only as per the mutual agreement made in writing prior to the commencement of services.

  • No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or executed in accordance with the agreed scope of work.

  • In the event that a refund is approved, it will take 5 -7 business days to be credited to your original payment method.

  • Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing to rohan@kinghouse.in within the time frame specified in the contract (if applicable).


3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any consultation fees, strategy sessions, or preliminary work conducted before onboarding are non-refundable.

  • Advertising spend on third-party platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is non-refundable as these are directly paid to third-party providers.


4. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes related to payments or refunds, Kinghouse Marketing will make every reasonable effort to resolve them amicably as per the agreed contract terms.
